Accepted Payment Types
All payments are processed through PayPal. You can choose to pay using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards or your PayPal account balance to make a payment if you have an account already established with PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to purchase our products. PayPal also accepts credit card and e-check payments for non-account customers. Please keep in mind that if you choose to pay via e-check, your order will not ship out until the payment has cleared (typically about 4-7 days).
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your packages and the travel distance. Shipping fees are NOT calculated based on the value of the order or the number of items ordered.
If you would like to know how much your order would cost to ship, simply use the "Shipping Calculator" in your shopping cart. For US Customers, just enter your zip code and then click the "Get Rates" button. For INTERNATIONAL Customers, select your Country and then click the "Get Rates" button. Your shipping charges will be calculated before you enter any billing information.
Delivery Information
For US Shipping:
Once your payment clears, your item(s) will ship out within 1-2 business days. We ship all of our products via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail to our customers in the USA. Many orders ship the same day. If you would like your order traceable, please select the Priority Mail shipping method or pay with your Paypal approved account. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is processed, packaged and shipped. If you selected Priority Mail or paid with your Paypal approved account, you will receive a tracking number. Most items are delivered within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.

For INTERNATIONAL Shipping:
Once your payment clears, your item(s) will ship out within 1-2 business days. We ship all of our products via USPS First Class International Mail or USPS Priority International Mail. Many orders ship same day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is processed, packaged and shipped. You will NOT receive a tracking number for your package. The USPS does not offer tracking on regular international packages. We cannot track your international package and we cannot be responsible for any lost shipments in transit. If you wish your items to be traceable, please contact us for a shipping quote from UPS or FedEx.
Please note that the USPS does not consider a package as being lost in transit until it has spent at least 30 days in transit here in the US or 45 days in transit if it was shipped internationally. If you think your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us right away and we will do our best to find the whereabouts of your package. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged. If you would like insurance on your package, please let us know at the time of your order.
Return/Exchange Policy
We take time and effort to inspect all of our products before we ship them to you and we are very thorough in packaging our items for a safe delivery. However, if you have an issue with any of our products upon arrival, please contact us immediately after you receive your items—we will do our best to resolve any problem that may occur.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on defective products if we are contacted within 2 days of the delivery date. In order to receive the full exchange promise, all products must be returned to us in the original packaging and in an unused condition within 5 business days after you receive your items. Please return your items to us with a copy of your original invoice in a prepaid, and traceable manner to guarantee shipping documentation and a safe delivery of the returned goods. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the returned products.
There are no returns or exchanges allowed on the Real Wood Paper products. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to your purchase so we can ensure you are receiving the product that works best for your project. We do our very best to ensure you receive only our best Real Wood Paper products.
There are no refunds on Digital Stamps or Digital Papers.
